复方丁香酚纳米乳的制备及抗炎镇痛药效研究

摘　　要：采用伪三元相图法探讨了复方丁香酚纳米乳的形成条件。所得制品外观澄明,平均粒径为(75.1±3.7)nm。通过二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀试验、扭体试验和热板致痛试验,比较复方丁香酚纳米乳与普通混合液和清凉油的抗炎镇痛效果。结果表明,与普通混合液和清凉油相比,复方丁香酚纳米乳具有显著的抗炎镇痛作用。The compound eugenol nanoemulsion was prepared by pseudo-ternary phase diagrams. The products was transparent and clear with the mean diameter of （75.1±3.7）nm. The anti-inflammatory effect of the prepared nanoemulsion was investigated by ear edema of mice induced by xylene. The analgesic effect was investigated by writhing test and hot-plate test. The anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of compound eugenol nanoemulsion were better than those of the mixture and essential balm.
