摘　　要：甲氧胺盐酸盐（O-methylhydroxylamine hydrochloride,1）是精细化工试剂,应用于染料、农药、新型除草剂及药物的合成。刘魁等采用氢氧化钠滴定法测定其含量,但1中的游离酸和过多的氯化铵会影响测定。1在近紫外无吸收,可将其衍生化后进行HPLC测定。Wang等采用邻苯二甲醛作为衍生剂，A HPLC method was established for the determination of O-methylhydroxylamine hydrochloride. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-0.025mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution （adjusted to pH 3.2 with phosphoric acid） （60 ： 40） at the detection wavelength of 242nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 10 - 400μg/ml. The average recovery was above 98.5 % and RSDs less than 0.4 %.
