摘　　要：大冶特钢通过铁水+废钢-60 t电弧炉-LF-RH-5 t锭模铸-热轧/热锻工艺,成功生产出φ300～350 mm高品质大规格GCr18Mo高碳铬轴承钢。结果表明,通过30%～60%铁水热装比,控制废钢和合金料中的有害残余元素,LF精炼和RH真空处理,软吹Ar,Ar气保护浇铸等工艺措施,使高洁净度大规格GCr18Mo轴承钢中As 0.010%～0.012%、(As+Sn+Sb)0.022%～0.025%、Pb 0.0007%～0.0011%、Ti(17～19)×10^(-6)、Ca 3×10^(-6)、[O](6.5～6.7)×10^(-6)。A类夹杂0.5～1.5级,B类0～1.0级,C类0级,D类0.5～1.0级。The Ф300 ～350 mm high quality heavy round sections of GCr18Mo high Carbon Chromium bearing steels have been successfully produced by hot metal ＋ scrap - 60 t arc furnace - LF - RH - 5 t ingot casting-hot roiling / hot forging process at Daye Special Steel. Results showed that with the process measures such as hot metal charge ratio 30% ～ 60%, controlling deleterious residual elements in scrap and alloy materials, LF refining, RH vacuum treatment, soft Ar blowing and Ar gas shield casting, the As content in the high cleanliness heavy round sections of GCr18Mo bearing steel was 0. 010-%～ 0.012%, （As＋Sn＋Sb）0.022%～0.025%, Pb0.0007%～0.001 1%, Ti （17-19） ×l0^-6, Ca3 ×l0^-6, [O] （6.5- 6. 7）×10^-6, and rating of A grade inclusion was 0. 5～1. 5, B grade 0 ～1.0, C grade 0, and D grade 0. 5～ 1. 0.
