摘　　要：5 mm T510L(0.20%C、1.17%Mn)高强度钢板由FISR(Flexible Thin Slab Rolling):铁水预处理-150 t转炉-LF-85 mm板坯连铸.控制连轧工艺生产。试验结果表明,5 mm T510L钢板组织细小、均匀,平均晶粒度7.0μm,抗拉强度625 NPa,伸长率28%,韧脆转变温度为-60℃,应变硬化指数n值为0.210,具有良好的成形性。The 5 mm T510L （0. 20C, 1.17Mn） high strength steel strip was produced by FTSR （Flexible Thin Slab Rolling） ： hot metal pretreatment-150 t LD-LF-85 mm slab casting-control continuous rolling process. Test results showed that the structure of 5 mm T510L strip was fine and uniform with average grain size 7.0 μm; the tensile strength of steel was 625 MPa, elongation 28%, tough-brittle transition temperature -60 ℃ ; and the steel strip had excellent formability with strain-hardening exponent n value 0. 210.
