摘 要:目的:探讨附子多糖(FPS)对力竭小鼠运动过程中氧化损伤的保护作用。方法:雄性昆明小鼠随机分为安静组、力竭组、力竭+维生素C对照组、力竭+附子多糖组,采用一次性力竭游泳建立模型。观测各组小鼠的游泳耐力,测定血液、心肌、肝脏、肺超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性以及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果:与安静组相比,一次力竭游泳后,血液、心肌、肝脏、肺SOD的活性明显降低(P<0.01),而MDA含量显著升高(P<0.01);而附子多糖能够显著提高力竭小鼠的组织SOD活性(P<0.01),降低MDA含量(P<0.01),提高小鼠的耐力,且其效果在心肌和肝脏优于维生素C(P<0.05),而在血液和肺组织与维生素C相当(P>0.05)。结论:附子多糖能够通过提高小鼠机体抗氧化酶的活性,对抗力竭游泳引起的脂质过氧化反应,从而提高小鼠的运动能力,对抗运动性疲劳的产生。Objective: To investigate the effects of Fuzi polysaccharide (FPS) against tissue oxidative stress induced by exhaustive swimming in mice. Methods : Animal model was extablished in male Kunming mice by exhaustive swimming . Mice were randomly divided into sedentary condition, exhaustive exercise only , exhaustive exercise with administration of FPS (FPS) and Vitamin C groups . The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of Malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured. At the same time the swimming endurance was determined except sedentary group. Results :The activity of SOD was significantly decreased (P〈0. 01)and the content of MDA was increased(P〈0. 01) after exhaustive swimming, compared with the sedentary group. The FPS could significantly increased the former levels and decreased the latter levels besides prolong swimming endurance. The effects were superior to Vitamin C. Conclusion. FPS can suppress the oxidative injury by decreasing the MDA content and increasing SOD activity of mice tissue . It can strength swimming endurance and play an important role in anti-exercise-induced oxidative stress.
