摘　　要：社区是社会的基础,和谐社区是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要内容;社会资本与社区建设密切相联,社会资本的缺失是社区建设中存在失谐现象的重要原因。因此,重建社区社会资本成为和谐社区建设与发展的重要路径。The community is social foundation and the harmonious community is an important part of building Socialist Harmonious Society. The social capital and community construction connect with each other closely, the scarcity of the social capital is the important reason why inharmonic phenomena have appeared in setting up the harmonious community. Therefore, rebuilding the social capital of community becomes an important path to construct and develop the harmonious community.
