摘　　要：本文讨论了我国房地产市场信息披露制度存在的问题及律师群体作为第三方信息披露主体介入房地产信息披露体系的具体问题,并对其介入的优势和缺陷进行了评析。阐明律师群体在介入房地产市场信息披露体系中的作用和社会责任,为完善房地产市场的信息披露制度提供了一个可供参考的选择。This paper discusses the problems of information disclosure system in real estate market and the advantage and defect of lawyers＇ role in it. It is expounded that the function and social responsibility of lawyer group provide a choice for perfecting the information disclosure system in real estate market.
