摘 要:用微生物提取物脱硫改性胶粉(RP),考察了脱硫胶粉(DRP)用量对其与天然橡胶(NR)共混胶的硫化性能、动态力学性能以及物理机械性能的影响,并与RP/NR共混胶进行了对比。结果表明,DRP的加入提高了其与NR的交联程度;DRP/NR混炼胶的Payne效应较RP/NR混炼胶小;随着DRP用量的增加,DRP/NR硫化胶的储能模量降低,损耗因子增大;DRP/NR硫化胶的物理机械性能随着DRP用量的增加而下降,但优于RP/NR硫化胶;DRP在NR中的分散性较RP均匀,与NR的界面结合更强。The rubber powder (RP) was devulcanized by chemicals exrtacted from microbion. The effects of the devulcanized rubber powder (DRP) amount on curing characteristics, dynamic mechanical property, and mechanical properties of DRP/ NR compounds and vulcanizates were investigated, and compared with those of RP/NR compounds. The results showed that crosslinkage of NR and DRP were improved with adding DRP. The Payne effect of DRP/NR compounds was smaller than that of RP/NR compound. The storage modulus of DRP/NR vulcanizates decreased and loss factor increased with DRP amount increasing. The mechanical properties of DRP/NR vulcanizates decreased with DRP amount increasing, and were better than those of RP/NR vulcanizates. The dispersivity of DRP in NR was more uniform than that of RP, and the interaction between DRP and NR was strongly enhanced.
