摘　　要：目的为深入持久开展疟疾防治和监测工作提供经验。方法按照中国全球基金疟疾项目的要求,在全民健康教育和临床医务人员疟疾防治技能培训的基础上,采取以控制传染源为主的综合性防?台措施,积极开展疟疾防治和监测工作。结果全县疟疾年发病率由项目实施前2002年的1.66/万降至2006年0.49/万,项目执行4年下降了70.48%,发热患者血检阳性率由0.45%降至0.07%,下降84.44%,发病范围由13个乡镇缩小至3个乡镇。结论四川省筠连县全球基金疟疾项目执行4年效果明显。Objective To analyse the effect and execution of the malaria control project of the Global Fund in Junlian from 2003 to 2006, so as to provide scientific basis for intensifing the control of the malaria. Methods Based on the requirements of the malaria project, comprehensive malaria control measures including case identification and radical treatment, the hcalth education and training for doctors were carried out. The most important strategy is to eliminate the infection source timely. Results In 2006, the malaria incidence was 0. 49/10 000, while it was 1.66/10 000 in 2002, with a reduction rate of 70. 48%. The annual positive rates of blood examination in febrile cases decreased from 0. 45% to 0. 07%, with a reduction rate of 84. 44%. The townships where the cases distributed reduced from 13 to 3. Conclusion After 4 years execution of malaria control project of the Global Fund, the malaria control effect is obvious in Junlian County. The health education, self-protection and disease prevention consciousness among masses should be continuously strengthened. It is important to enhance the diagnostic ability of medical staff at grass-roots.
