摘  要:楼平3井是河南油田的一口超浅层中短半径大位移水平井试验井,不但位垂比达2.39,而且平均造斜率也达到了66~70°/100m,因此固井施工难度大。通过对浅层水平井固井难点的分析及配套固井技术研究和应用、优选水泥浆配方、选择合理的套管扶正器安放位置及注水泥施工参数,研制了井口加压装置。在垂深190.34m的超浅层水平井上成功实现了0177.8完井套管一次安全下入至设计井深,并取得固井质量合格的良好效果。对同类似浅层大位移水平井施工有着重要的借鉴意义。Louping well 3 is a ultra-shallow extended reach horizontal test well with medium-short radius, its displacement-TVD ratio equals to 2.39, and average built-up rate reach to 66-70 /100m, so the cementing operation in this well is very difficult. Based on the analysis of cementing difficulty in shallow horizontal well, the formulation of cement slurry suited for Louping well 3was optimized, the rational riding position of centralizers in casing string and cementing parameter were selected, and wellhead pressure device was developed. 177.8 casing was run in to design depth successfully in ultra-shallow horizontal well with 190.34m TVD, and good cementing quality was obtained.
