摘  要:川西马井气田蓬莱镇组气藏是典型的低渗透致密砂岩储层,由于储层条件复杂,以前的储层改造效果不明显,措施成功率和有效率均较低。2005年以来,开展了低伤害压裂液和多层压裂、纤维支撑剂压裂、线性加砂等工艺技术研究及应用,使压裂液残渣含量下降了16%,措施成功率和有效率分别提高到90%、86.6%,单井平均压后增产倍数达到12.62,取得了较好的增产效果,压裂工艺技术在马井气田获得新的重大进展。The Penglaizhen gas reservoir of Majing Gas Field in West Sichuan is typical low permeability tight sand reservoir. Due to complicated reservoir condition, the fracturing result was not obvious, and the success ratio and effectiveness of fracturing measure was lower. Since 2005, with the research and application of low damage fracturing liquid, multiple fracturing, fracturing with fiber support agent and linear fracturing etc. technologies, the residual fluid content of fracturing fluid was reduced to 16%, and the success ratio and effectiveness of measurement were improved to 90% and 86.6% separately. The average increased production of single well is up to 12.62 times, the good increase production result had been achieved in Majing Gas Field with fracturing technology.
