扶正抗癌冲剂对中晚期胃癌免疫治疗作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药扶正抗癌冲剂在中晚期胃癌治疗过程中对机体细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:回顾性分析3年来102例运用中药扶正抗癌冲剂配合化疗的中晚期胃癌患者的T细胞亚群水平、肝肾功能、瘤体大小,并观察全身、消化道和骨髓毒副反应。与同期76例单纯接受化疗的中晚期胃癌患者的各项指标进行对比分析。结果:扶正抗癌冲剂配合化疗组与单纯化疗组在T细胞亚群水平、肝肾功能、瘤体大小、全身、消化道和骨髓毒副反应等各项指标均有显著差异。结论:扶正抗癌冲剂与化疗配合治疗中晚期胃癌,可不同程度改善化疗药物引起的全身、消化道和骨髓毒副反应。而其对化疗的增效减毒作用与其能改善患者机体的T细胞免疫功能有密切的关系。Objective： Observe the the clinic effect on the cell＇s immune function in middle -late patients with gastric cancer by grannule of Fuzheng - Kangai（GFK）. Methods ： Review the past 3.5 years, GFK was used to supporting chemotherapy of 102 patients with middle - late gastric cancer. The level of T cell sub - group, function of liver and kidney, size of tumour, noxious neaction to digestion system and bone marrow system and the hole body have bing observed. And a comparative analysis have been done which whith 76 patients with middle - late gastric cancer who accept only chemotherapy. Results ： There is a marked difference between the unit of chemotherapy support with the GFK and the unit of simple chemotherapy in each quotaes. Conclusion： The noxious neaction to digestion system and bone marrow system and the hole body caused by the chemotherapy can be improved by the support of the GFK. And the improvement of GFK has a close relation with it＇s positive effect on T cell sub - group of patients with middle -late gastric cancer.
