超声引导下经会阴部细针穿刺注射川参通液治疗慢性前列腺炎的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下经会阴部细针穿刺注射川参通液治疗慢性前列腺炎的应用价值。方法先行经腹或经直肠超声检查,对前列腺形态、大小及回声表现进行详细记录、摄片。然后,在超声导向下经会阴部细针穿刺、注射川参通液4ml,每个疗程12针,嗣后将治疗前后声像图表现结合临床症状及前列腺液镜检结果进行回顾性分析,评价治疗效果。结果确诊162例慢性前列腺炎,经过1个疗程治疗观察,好转率63.6%(103/162)、治愈率27.8%(45/162),总有效率91.4%(148/162),无效14例,占8.6%(14/162)。结论超声引导下经会阴部细针穿刺注射川参通液,治疗慢性前列腺炎,方法简便、安全、疗效可靠,具有临床应用价值。Objective To assess the efficacy of chuanshentong （CST） solution through fine needle injection for treatment of chronic prostatitis （CPI） under ultrasound guidance. Methods Totally 16 cases with CPI wuderwent transabdominal ultrasound （TAUS）and transrectal US （TRUS） examination before and after injection. The ultrasound morphology, sizes, and echoes were visualized precisely and image photos were taken. Afterwards, ultrasound-guided perineal injection of chuanshentong solution （4ml） into the prostatic gland for 12 times （one course） . Combination of the clinical symptoms, prostatic secretion detection and ultrasound manifestations was retrospectively analysed, so as to evaluate the efficacy of the treatment. Results After one course, the improvement rate was 63.6% （103/162）, cure rate was 27.8% （115/162）, and totally 91.4% （148/162）, but no effect was in 14 cases （8.7%, 14/162）. Conclusions Ultrasound-guided transperineal injection of CST solution for treatment of CPI is effective. This modelity is simple, convenient, safe, aud has reliable efficacy, which may be worthy for clinical application.
