摘 要:目的探讨超声测量胎儿卵圆孔的方法及标准测量切面,比较不同孕周段之间卵圆孔大小有无差别,并分析其大小与孕周之间的关系。方法于孕20~40周超声测量胎儿卵圆孔大小,计量资料以x-±s表示,不同孕周段间卵圆孔大小比较采用方差分析,卵圆孔大小与孕周的关系采用回归分析。结果正常孕20~40周胎儿卵圆孔大小为(0.45±0.13)cm;不同孕周段间卵圆孔大小有统计学差异;卵圆孔大小与孕周的回归方程为Y=-0.13+0.02X。结论超声下探测胎儿卵圆孔方法简单易掌握;卵圆孔大小随孕周增加而增大,其测值可做为超声评价胎儿心脏的一项指标。Objective To approach the methods in standard sections for detecting normal foramen ovale sizes on ultrasound and to compare the foramen ovale sizes at different gestational ages and to analyze the relationship of the sizes and gestational ages. Methods The foramen ovale sizes at 20-40 week's gestation were measured on ultrasound. The ^-x±s was used to describe the measurement data and ANOVA was used to compare the foramen ovale sizes to different gestational ages and regression equation estimate was used to the relationship of foramen ovale sizes and gestational ages. Results The ^-x±s of normal fetal foramen ovale at 20~40 gestational weeks was 0.45±0.13 cm which was significantly different. The linear regression equation of the fetal foramen ovale sizes and gestational ages was Y=0.13+0.02X. Conclusions .Ultrasoud measuring foramen ovale size is feasible. The normal fetal foramen ovale sizes were increased linearly with gestational ages, thus, it may be used as an index to assess fetal heart situation.
