摘 要:目的探讨肾脏占位性病变在超声造影时间-强度曲线上的变化特征。方法对21例肾脏占位性病变患者行SonoVue实时超声造影检查,并运用时间-强度曲线分析软件对储存的动态图像进行定量分析。结果时间-强度曲线形态多样,良、恶性组均欠规则。相对来说,良性组灌注起始端较圆滑,曲线较低平,恶性组多形成一个明显的角度,曲线较宽大。声学定量参数峰值强度、曲线尖度及曲线下面积恶性组均大于良性组(P<0.05),达峰时间良性组大于恶性组(P<0.05)。结论运用超声造影时间-强度曲线定量分析肾脏占位性病变,可帮助诊断和鉴别诊断一些肾脏肿瘤。Objective To investigate the characteristics and changes in the time-intensity curve of contrastenhanced ultrasonography (CEUS) in the diagnosis of renal occupied lesions. Methods Renal occupied lesions in 21 cases were examined with CEUS SonoVue and CnTI techiques. The whole dynamic perfusion process on CEUS was recorded. The time-intensity curve was quantitatively analysed with software Qontra Xt. Results The shapes of the time-intensity curves were diverse. The curves appeared irregular in benign and malignant groups, but in general speaking, the curce was slick, low and flat in the benign group, but was with sharp angles in the malignant group. Ultrasonographic quantified parameters, such as the peak of the signal intensity, the sharpness of the curve and the areas under the curve in the malignant group were higher than those in the benign group (P〈0.05), whereas the time-to-peak in the benign group was higher than that in the malignant (P〈0.05). Conclusions Using the CEUS time-intensity curve, we could quantitatively analyse the dynamic changes and we may do better in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the renal occupied lesions, although the curves are irregular and diverse.
