摘　　要：电子政务信息资源是一种稀缺资源,电子政务信息资源共享存在经济效率问题,这就决定了市场参与并居于主导改革地位的必要性。从市场需求程度来看,电子政务信息资源有强竞争信息与弱竞争信息之分,两者不同的经济特性决定了电子政务信息资源共享的市场主导模式。这种模式的优化,需要健全电子政务信息资源共享投融资机制,完善电子政务信息资源共享市场运作机制,深化电子政务信息资源共享市场主导保障机制,创新电子政务信息资源共享绩效评估机制。E-government information resources is a kind of rare resources. Since there is the economic efficiency problem in e-government information resources sharing, there is the necessity of market participation and market leading. The e-government information resources can be classified as strongly competitive information and weakly competitive information from the viewpoint of market demand. Their different economic characteristics determines the market-oriented pattern of e-government information resources sharing. To optimize this pattern, we should first of all perfect the market investment and financing mechanism and improve the market operating mechanism, then deepen the guarantee mechanism of market leading, and finally innovate the performance appraisal mechanism of e-government information resources sharing.
