益母草香附配伍的部分实验研究

摘　　要：报道了在正常条件下益母草、香附及其合剂对小鼠体重、镇痛、血色素、凝血时间的影响。结果提示：在本实验条件下，行气药香附似有增强益母草的活血祛瘀功效的作用，与临床应用相符，为益母草与香附的配伍关系似属“相使”范畴的认识提供了依据。Reported the influencing to the weight of mice、analgesia、haemochrome、coagulation time etc, by Leonurns heterophyllus、Cyperus rotundus and their mixture in normal condition. The results showed that it seems Cyperus rotundus which drug for activating Qi can strengthened the effect which activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis of Leonurns heterophyllus this tallied with clinical using. It seems the compatibility of Leonurns heterophyllus and Cyperus rotundus belongs in the Category as“Xiang shi”(enhancement of effect by another medicine).
