上海金融集群内中资银行创新模式研究

摘　　要：创新是金融业发展永恒的主题,是推动商业银行持续发展的不竭动力。不同的银行在金融创新上采取的模式也各有不同,具体而言有:模仿创新、自主创新以及合作创新。本文从金融集群的角度,运用博弈论的方法对上海金融集群内中资银行的金融创新模式展开分析。通过对三种金融创新模式的博弈研究,得出在目前的情况下,中资银行适合采用合作创新模式。Innovation is an eternal theme in financial industry＇s development, and is the inexhaustible power that enables the continuing development of commercial banks. Different banks may adopt different innovation models, which specifically include imitation innovation, independent innovation and cooperative innovation. This paper employs game theory to study financial innovation models of Chinese commercial banks in Shanghai＇ financial cluster. It concludes that： at present, the model of cooperative innovation is the best choice.
