摘 要:对纹缟虾虎鱼Tridentiger trigonocephalus个体生殖力及其与各项生物学指标的关系进行了研究。结果表明:纹缟虾虎鱼个体绝对生殖力(F)为6264.5—23587.2粒,与体长(L)、纯体重(E)呈二项式相关关系,回归方程分别为F=5185.326—76.501L+3.237L^2(R=0.657),F=6300.372+863.948Wn+172.25Wn^2(R=0.732);与卵巢重(Q)呈指数相关,回归方程为F=6472.5e^0.519Q(R=0.598);与成熟系数、肥满度相关关系不显著。个体相对生殖力(FL)为107.1—337.0粒/mm,主要与L、Wn和Q相关,回归方程分别为FL=204.098—1.723L+0.029L^2(R=0.298),FL=176.063—1.984Wn+2.272Wn^2(R=0.440),FL=99.654+109,137Q-17.124Q^2(R=0.462);个体相对生殖力(FW)为1611.2—5623.8粒/g,主要与L、Wn和成熟系数(G)相关,回归方程分别为Fw=15593.38—364.455L+2.623L^2(R=0.467),Fw=6118.327—1195.697Wn+111.559Wn^2(R=0.474),Fw=3905.178—93.145G+2.168G^2(R=0.558)。处于Ⅳ期的纹缟虾虎鱼卵分为大小两个卵径群,小卵径群变幅为0.093—0.227mm,占17.7%;大卵径群为0.426—0.730mm,占82.3%。The individual fecundity of chameleon goby Tridentiger trigonocephalus (Gill) and the relationship between the individual fecundity and the biological character indexes were studied. The results showed that relationship between individual absolute fecundity (F)varying from 6 264.5 to 23 587.2 eggs and body length(L)and net body weight( Wn ) was expressed in quadratic function. The individual absolute fecundity was exponentially correlative to ovary weight(Q) and no significant relativity with gonadosomatic index and condition factor. The individual relative fecundity ( FL) varied from 107.1 to 337.0 eggs/mm, dependent mainly on the body length, net body weight and ovary weight. The individual relative fecundity (Fw ) varied from 1611.2 to 5623.8 eggs/g body weight, dependent largely on the body length, net body weight and gonadosomatic index(G). According to the diameter size, the eggs in stage Ⅳ ovary in the goby were divided into two portions. The small eggs ranged from 0.093 to 0.227 mm in diameter,accounting for 17.7%, and the big ones varied from 0.426 to 0.730 mm in diameter, accounting for 82.3%.
