摘 要:对虾夷马粪海胆Strongylocentrotus intermedius的反季节繁育技术以及繁育过程中亲胆的生殖调控、夏季高温对策等进行了研究。结果表明:当积温达到880℃.d时,亲胆性腺部分成熟;当积温达到1 950℃.d时,亲胆性腺成熟并可自然排放精、卵。利用反季节繁育技术可以使海胆繁殖期提早5个月,且受精卵孵化率≥98%,幼虫平均附着变态率为15.1%。对海水采用多次过滤加药物处理的新方法防除桡足类,效率可提高35%,采用海藻诱导法剥离稚胆,成活率可提高14%。The control of reproduction and dealing with high water temperature were studied during artificial breeding of sea urchin Strongylocentrotus intermedius. The results showed that the spawn can occur m spnng mrougn reproductive control, five months earlier than the usual. The ovary reached partial maturity at accumulative degree temperature of 880 ℃·d. When accumulated degree temperature reached 1950 ℃·d, natural spawn was observed, with fertilization rate of 98% and metamorphic attachment of 15.1%. The efficiency of elimination of copepoda increased by 35% by the new technique in which the sea weed was used to collect the juvenile sea urchin whose survival increased by 14%. Ten million seeds were produced in Rongcheng city, Shandong province through the reproductive control in May, 2005.
