摘　　要：总结分析了８０例在模拟机定位下小切口、小隧道快速摘除深部异物的治疗经验结果：１２６枚深部异物均一次手术摘取成功，平均手术时间２０ｍｉｎ，无并发症结果表明：模拟机定位快捷准确、简便，成功率高。An analytical summary was made of the therapeutic experience in 80 cases whose deep foreign bodies were located by a stimulator and extracted rapidly through little cuts and tunnels. As a result, 126 deep foreign bodies were successfully taken out with one-pass operation, within an average time of 20 min and without any complications. The results indicated that the stimulator is simple, rapid and accurate in location. With a high success rate, it is suitable for the removal of deep foreign bodies. 
