摘  要:研究了麦草浆在微波辐射下的HP两段漂白工艺,探讨了漂白过程中微波功率、处理时间、次氟酸钠及过氧化氢的用量对漂白浆质量性能的影响。结果表明:H段漂白的最佳工艺条件为微波功率320W、微波处理时间2min、次氯酸钠用量8%;P段漂白的最佳工艺条件为微波功率320W、微波处理时间1.5min、过氧化氢用量1.5%。在最优处理条件下,麦草浆白度可以达到80%ISO以上,且白度稳定性较好。focused on the bleaching of straw pulp by sodium hypochlorite(H) and hydrogen peroxide(P) by microwave inducement, the effect level of the microwave power and process time, the consumption of sodium hypochlorite and hydrogen peroxide to the main quality indexes of bleached pulp was discussed. The results showed that the best process conditions at H stage could be:microwave power was 320W,process time was 2min,NaClO dosage was 8%, and the best process conditions at P could be: microwave power was 320W,process time was 15min,H202 dosage was 1.5%. On optimal process,the brightness of wheat straw pulp could reach more than 80%IS0.
