摘　　要：在国土资源和房产管理局的信息化过程中,缺乏一个有效的系统来管理、使用这些庞大而分散的国土资源,这就需要建立国土资源目录服务系统。本文探讨了国土信息资源目录系统的功能、元数据框架,并实现了深圳市国土资源与房产信息资源目录,此系统提高了查询资源的效率、实现了跨部门和跨应用系统的信息资源的共享。Along with the informationization of Land Resource and Housing Management Bureau, there isn＇ t a system to manage the huge and dispersive land and house resources. So a land and house information category system is required. This paper expatiates the function and metadata framework of Land and House Information Category System. Taking the category system of Shenzhen munici- pal bureau of land resources and housing management as an example, the tentative plan is realized. It concludes that this system has improved the efficiency of search, and realized resource sharing among different department and application.
