摘 要:随着我国信息化进程的推进,水利行业也面临着信息化建设的问题。目前,水利行业的信息化受到高度重视,建立了众多的水利信息系统,取得了一定的成绩,但同时也普遍存在着网络功能弱、数据共享能力弱、数据更新周期长、数据可视化手段单一、系统各自为政和缺乏决策支持分析能力等弱点。要解决这些问题,就必须实施以3S技术为核心的数字水利战略。本文是在3S技术及其相关技术的支持下,探讨数字水利建设的理论和方法。简要介绍了数字水利建设的现状,指出了建设数字水利的必要性。结合数字水利的关键支撑技术,搭建了数字水利的框架结构和运行模式。最后,展望了数字水利的应用前景。With the development of informatizing course in our country, water conservancy is also confronted with the problem of informatizing, At present, more attention are paid on the informatizing of water conservancy, and many water conservancy information systems have been built. However, there exist some kinds of disadvantages in those systems. 3S technology should be applied in digital water conservancy to overcome those problems. 3S technology is the core of digital water conservancy. The theory and methodology of the digital water conservancy construction are discussed based on 3S technology and its related technologies. The paper introduces the actuality of digital water conservancy construction and indicates the necessary to construct digital water conservancy. Using the supportive core technologies, the framework and function mode of digital water conservancy are put forward. Finally, the future of digital water conservancy is forecast.
