日本血吸虫三类循环抗原和循环抗体对感染家兔疗效考核价值的研究

摘　　要：采用三株分别定位于日本血吸虫表皮膜、肠道上皮和虫卵的单克隆抗体A6，SJ31／32和SE9作为捕获抗体建立检测三类循环抗原的斑点酶联免疫吸附实验（DOT－ELISA）方法，并利用该方法和普通ELISA分别观察了日本血吸虫感染家兔血清中三类循环抗原和IgG抗体的动态变化情况。结果表明：感染日本血吸虫家免在经砒喹酮治疗之后的第8周，睦相关抗原，可溶性虫卵抗原和肠相关抗原的转阴率分别为80％，70％和20％，而减后第18周全部转阴；IgG抗体一直维持较高水平。因此，MAA和SEA具有改好的疗效考核价值，GAA的疗效考核效果较差，IgG抗体不具有疗效考核作用。For finding out the values of CAgs and CAb at monitoring the chemotherapy,the Det -ELISA was per-formed to detect 3 kinds of CAgs,in which 3 Monoclonal antibodies (McAb): A6,Sj31/32 and SE9 against mem-brane,gutcell and egg of Sj were used as the capture antibodies.The dynamic analyses of CAgs and CAb in serafrom Sj infected rabbits were performed with the Det-ELISA and Common ELISA.The results showed that thenagative rates of membrane associated antigen (MAA) and soluble egg antigen (SEA) individually were 80% and 70% at the 8th week after treatment.It were 100% at the 18th week after treatment.The antibody of IgG against Sj always kept high level before and after treatment.Therefore,MAA and SEA are bettermarkers than GAA for mornitoring the efficacy of chemotherapy,but IgG hasn't the suitable marker.
