摘 要:本文选用RH株弓形虫速落子细胞质、细胞膜和腹水代谢抗原,观察温度、pH值对抗原活性的影响,并分别测定糖及蛋白质含量。结果表明,三种抗原对热处理都较为稳定,但代谢抗原在加热前后的检测效果均不及其它两者。经糖含量测定显示,代谢抗原的糖含量最低。结果提示,弓形虫抗原的重要决定因子可能是糖蛋白或多糖成分。pH值试验表明,细胞质抗原的包被波以pH9.6碳酸盐缓冲液为佳,而细胞膜抗原应选用pH6.5磷酸盐缓冲液。We chose the cytoplasm,cell membrane and metabolic antigen of toxoplasma RH strain to observe the anti-genic activity affected by heat and pH and determine the contents of saccaride and protein.The results showed that three antigens treated by heat were all stable.The diagnostic effect of matabolic antigen was inferior to the other two.Determination of saccharide content showed that saccharide in metabolic antigen was the least of three antigens.The results implied that the glycoprotein or polysaccharide might be the most important determinating factor of toxoplasma antigen.pH test showed that pH9.6 carbonate buffer was better for cytoplasmic antigen while pH6.5 phosphate buffer was better cell membrane antigen.
