摘　　要：研究了计算机题库建库的经典测试理论与项目反应理论,分析了2种理论存在的弊端,并以经典测试理论为基础,把潜在倾向理论应用到难度系数的确定方法中,使试题的难度系数趋于客观,并阐述了具体实施方法和过程.In the process of researching and developing online exam base, the essay studies the classic test theory as well as project reaction theory, analyzes the shortcomings of the theories. On the foundation of project reaction theory, latent tendentious theory is applied to confirming the difficulty degree coefficient, making the difficulty degree coefficient more objective, and concrete implementation of access and process are also available.
