摘　　要：从立法、执法、司法和协商解决等方面阐述了我国体育标志保护的现状,指出了现有体育标志法律保护中存在的一些问题,提出了有关体育标志法律保护的对策。This article illuminated the present situation of protecting sport marks from the aspects of legislation administration, judification and consultation in China, pointed out some subsistent problems of legal protection for sport marks, put forward the relevant countermeasures in the end.
