摘　　要：从体育锻炼对健康的促进作用入手,调查了黑龙江省高校女教师体育锻炼的现状,发现女教师对体育锻炼作用的认识较为明确,但参与状况不容乐观。从提供保障、加强引导和实施健康管理的角度提出对策。A survey was made on the status of college women teachers to participate in physical exercises on analyzing the role of physical exercise in health promotion. Results suggested that women teachers had a clear view of the importance of physical exercise while their participation was not active. Some advice was given： providing support, reinforcing guidance and implementing health management.
