摘　　要：邓小平虽然没有直接使用过"政治文明"的概念,但其理论体系中已包括了丰富的政治文明思想。其政治文明思想的主要内容包括:发展民主政治是目标,物质文明是基础,政治制度建设带有根本性,提高政治意识、政治建设必须从我国的国情出发。他认为我国政治建设不是自发的,必须在中国共产党的领导下进行,必须在稳定的环境中有计划地逐步推进,应该借鉴其他国家包括西方资本主义国家政治建设的经验。解读他的政治文明思想,对我国加强政治文明建设具有十分重要的理论与实践意义。Deng Xiaoping never used the concept of political civilization, but, there are abundant thoughts of political civilization in his theory. His political civilization thought mainly covers these contents： the target is democratic politic, material civilization is the bases, political system is the foundational factor, enhance consciousness of political civilization. On the basis of them, he regards that political construction must be conducted under the leadership of CPC, under a stable situation, draw experience from other countries.
