摘　　要：企业重整法律制度是我国《企业破产法》新出台的一项制度,这项制度的立法尚需进一步完善。就现行破产法中重整制度的三个重要法律问题——重整原因、重整申请的主体以及重整程序进行认真研究,其中的一些结论和方法能够帮助企业及管理者更好地运用这一法律。Enterprise reorganization legal system （Corporate Insolvency Law）is a new system of China, the legislation of the system needs to be further improved. For this reason the author puts forward the relevant legal advice on the three important legal issues existing in bankruptcy law about restructuring system - carefully study, the reasons for restructuring, the ma/n body of re-engineering, restructuring process.
