浅谈快速反应的供应链体系的构建

摘　　要：针对传统供应链管理方式存在需求预测的准确度低、对新需求反应迟缓以及分销成本高等问题,本文提出了建立多功能开放型企业供需网或一体化的供应链体系的应对办法,并进一步阐述了选择合适的供应链合作伙伴、协调各成员企业间的关系以及加强信息管理的重要性。On account of several problems those existed in the traditional supply chain raanagement, such as low accuracy of demand predict, slow response with new demand and high costs of distribution, the paper proposes to establish the Supply and Demand Network with multi - funetional and opening eharaeteristics for enterprise or Integrated Supply Chain System, and then illustrates the importance of choosing suited partner, coordinating member＇s relation and strengthening information management.
