摘　　要：特异性致敏原脱敏治疗是目前惟一针对哮喘病因的治疗方法，已有90多年的历史，其具体治疗机制有了较大进展，但目前还不完全明了。脱敏疗法主要有皮下注射、舌下含服、雾化吸入等途径。现就其研究进展作一综述。Specific immunotherapy is the only treatment aiming at the cause of allergic asthma at present,with a history of more than 90 years. Its mechanisms of specific treatment have made significant progress, but is not yet unclear. The methods of desensitization treatment mainly have subcutaneous injection,sublingual and aerosol inhalation. The article reviews the progression of desensitization treatment on bronchial asthma.
