摘 要:目的研究"毒鼠强"在鼠体内的组织分布及二巯基丙磺钠的促排作用。方法建立高效液相色谱法测定小鼠体内血浆和组织中"毒鼠强"浓度的方法。结果所建立的高效液相色谱法测定小鼠体内血浆和组织中"毒鼠强"浓度的方法线性良好,回收率高,精密度好。结论口服"毒鼠强"后在体内各组织均有分布,二巯基丙磺钠没有明显的促排作用。Objective To study tetramine tissue distribution in rat's body and observe the eecritic role of Na-DMPS. Methods A HPLC method was established for determination of tetramine tissue distribution in rat's body. The separation was carried out on ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6mm×150mm, 5μm) with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (15:85, V:V), and detection wavelength was 220nm. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 5-500ng/mL(r=0.9999). The average recoveries obtained from samples of tissue, spiked with standards were in the ranges of 92.32%-98.26%. Conclusion Tetramine was distributed in each tissue of rat's body after taking orally, the eccritic role of Na-DMPS on the tetramine is not effective.
