摘　　要：农民工廉租房建设对确保城镇化健康发展、促进农民工市民化具有深远意义。必须将农民工廉租房制度研究置于农民工市民化的大背景下,充分考虑农民工城市融入及其市民化阶段的影响。Building low-rent houses for farmer workers is of profound signicance to ubanization development and the oppidanization of farmer workers. The researches of low-rent house system should be conducted against the background of oppidanizing farmer workers, and the researches should take into account the influences of farmer workers after they are mixed with oppidans.
