摘　　要：介绍了一种由AT91RM9200、C8051F020及AT89C51等组成的基于RS485/MODBUS总线的智能焊接机通信系统的分布式体系结构。阐述了焊接机系统的上层微控制器AT91RM9200与下层控制系统C8051F020、AT89C51等之间的RS-485/MODBUS总线通信协议,给出相应的通信软件的具体设计,实现了通信任务。A distributed communication structure based on the RS-485/MODBUS for special welding machine.This structure consists of monitoring and controlling microprocessor and lower systems.The RS-485/MODBUS communication protocol between the upper level microprocessor AT91RM9200 and lower level systems of C8051F020,AT89C51 and so on is described.The design of the communication software is presented and achieve the communication.
