摘 要:电子束与激光束加工同属高能量密度热源,其能量密度在同一段数量级,远高于其它热源,但电子束在快速成型领域内的应用远远不及激光。通过对激光和电子束的对比,阐述了三维扫描电子束快速成型技术的原理及特点,指出三维扫描电子束快速成型技术在航空航天、汽车零部件、医学等领域必将具有非常广阔的应用前景。Although energy density of electron beam processing and laser processing (EB) belong to the same scale heat source,which are much higher than others's,the application of EB in rapid prototyping is tar less than laser's.In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of electron beam compared with laser was analysised,the definition and characlexs of three dimension scanning electron beam in rapid prntotyping was described for the first time,and its potential application in aerospace,automotive and medical was predicted.
