摘 要:通过对分流条件下,钛合金点焊焊接电流波形进行快速傅立叶变换(FFT),获得了焊接电流波形的幅频图,并将熔核直径与对应的幅频值进行对比分析,发现电流谐波幅值与熔核直径近似成线性正比关系。即随着点焊熔核尺寸的增大,谐波幅值呈线性上升。利用这一规律,可实现在分流条件下钛合金点焊熔核直径的实时无损检测。After transforming the DC spot welding current waveform of TC4 alloy by FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) , the chats of amplitude-frequency were obtained under the condition of shunt currents.The correlations of nugget size-to-amplitude-frequency correspondence were analyzed,the results show that the amplitude-frequency values of harmonic wave are direct proportional to the nugget sizes linearly.It reflects the intemal relation between nugget size and current spectrum.By utilizing the regularity,it can conveniently realize the nondestructive detection of nugget size in real time during DC spot welding of titanium alloy under the condition of shunt currents.
