摘　　要：采用流行的B/S三层体系结构设计第三方物流信息管理系统,并对系统的开发与运行环境、安全机制进行了阐述。借助此设计方案,采用诸如Java等先进的计算机技术、网络通讯技术、物流信息技术开发该系统,能够提高第三方物流企业的管理水平,降低运营成本,增强市场竞争力。The Third Party Logistics information management system is designed with the prevalent B/S three-layer system structure. The development, runtime environment and security mechanism of the system are described. Helped by this design solution and adopting advanced computer technology, network communication technology and logistics information technology, such as Java and so on, the system is developed so as to improve the management level of the third party logistics enterprises, reduce the operational cost and enhance the market competitive power.
