摘　　要：针对中小城市数字图书馆的实际情况,阐述了构建区域性数字图书馆的优势与主要内容,并简要分析了数字图书馆建设过程中可能遇到的问题。In the light of the actual situation of digital library in small and medium-sized cities, this paper expounds the superiorities and main contents of constructing the regional digital library, and analyzes some problems appearing possibly in the construction of the regional digital library.
