摘  要:介绍了烯烃经歧化反应和催化裂解生产丙烯的方法,列举了国内外各大化工企业在该领域的研究及应用状况。烯烃歧化反应工艺适合于大规模生产丙烯,该技术可与传统的蒸汽裂解工艺以及其他各种丙烯增产技术相结合,具有生产灵活、经济效益好的优点。具有代表性的为ABB Lummus公司的OCT工艺。与烯烃歧化工艺相比,将碳四、碳五烯烃通过分子筛催化裂解生产丙烯和乙烯的工艺无需消耗乙烯原料,从经济上更具有竞争力。具有代表性的为Superflex工艺。在我国发展烯烃转化技术,合理利用碳四、碳五烯烃对于提高企业经济效益和充分利用有限资源十分有益。Propylene production methods including olefin metathesis and catalytic cracking were introduced. Different technologies and processes from world's main chemical corporations were illustrated. Olefin metathesis process is appropriate for propylene production in large scale and can be integrated with traditional steam cracking process or other processes for propylene production. This method brings in flexible production and good profit. Especially, OCT process of ABB Lummus Global Inc. is a successful example. But process for productions of ethylene and propylene through C4 and C5 olefins catalytic cracking without consumption of ethylene is a more economically competitive method than OCT. Superflex process is an outstanding example. It is to be expected that olefins conversion technology will play an advantageous role in enhancing economic profits of companies and improving resource efficiency.
