摘　　要：中小企业信用担保法律关系是随着信用担保业的产生和发展而出现的一种新的、复合性的法律关系,是国家信用担保法律规范确认和调整的、在信用担保活动及相关活动中主体相互之间形成的具体的权利义务关系,它主要涉及三方当事人、六种法律关系和六个合同,具有性质的多重性、主体特定性和内容的特殊性等特征。The legal relation of the credit guarantee for small and medium -sized enterprises is a new and integrated legal relation that has emerged with the development of the credit guarantee industry. It is a concrete right - obligation relation between the partied involved in the credit guarantee activities and confirmed by the state law. This guarantee involves three parties, six legal relations and six agreements with their own characteristics.
