活动性肺结核患者淋巴细胞DNA修复能力和淋巴细胞转化能力的研究

摘　　要：对活动性肺结核患者４３例，健康对照组２５例，分别测定静脉血淋巴细胞ＤＮＡ修复能力、淋巴细胞转化能力。结果（ｘ±ｓ），肺结核组患者淋巴细胞ＤＮＡ修复能力为２２３．３２±１０９．９２ｃｐｍ，淋巴细胞转化能力为９００１．７１±５８７８．４３ｃｐｍ。肺结核组明显低于健康对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１～０．０５）。随着淋巴细胞ＤＮＡ修复能力下降，淋巴细胞转化能力下降，呈正相关（ｒ＝０．４２），Ｐ＜０．０５）DNA repairing abilities of lymphocytc and lymphocyte transformation rates were detected in 43 patients with active tuberculosis and 25 healthy controls respectively.The results showed that DNA repairing ability was 223.32±109.92 cpm,lymphocyte transformative rate 9001.71±5878.43cpm for active tuberculosis patients,obviously lower than healthy control group (P<0.01～0.05),and that DNA repairing ability of lymphocyte decreased,Lymphocyte transformation rate decreased also,correlation was positive (r=0.42,P<0.05).
