保护渣对尖晶石碳材质侵蚀机理的研究

摘  要:用静态坩埚法研究了镁铝尖晶石不同碳含量(10%、15%、20%、25%)在不同的温度(1450℃、1500℃、1550℃、1600℃)下的抗渣侵蚀性能,利用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDAX)等分析方法分析渣蚀后试样的显微结构变化。其结果表明渣蚀后的尖晶石试样其渣带、渗透带和未变带存在比较明显的界线,含碳量在25%的镁铝尖晶石试样在1600℃温度下由于尖晶石在吸收FeO后不形成连续的低共溶相,而是形成一种较高温相,可以阻止渣的进一步侵蚀,提高抗渣侵蚀能力。In this paper, the corrosion resistance of MA spinel with different carbon content and temperatures was researched by using static crucible method, the forms and compositions of spinel in the residual samples have also been investigated by SEM and EDAX, the results show the spinel in the residual sample haed different line in the slag strip, osmotic strip and unchanged strip. When the sample with 25% carbon content was in 1600℃ due to spinel absorbed FeO had not formed continuous low altogether dissolved phase, but the formed of a more high - temperature phase, the residue could prevented further erosion and improved the ability of anti - corrosion residue.
