摘  要:基于经典控制理论的传递函数法,建立了螺纹插装式差动溢流阀的数学模型,运用MATLAB对阀的动态特性进行仿真,分析匹配了阀的结构参数。试验结果表明:溢流阀的过渡过程时间只有0.17 s,压力超调量为0.7MPa,压力超调率为9%,压力振摆为0.263MPa,具有良好的动态特性。验证了仿真研究方法的正确性,为同类阀的设计提供了一种有效的手段。Based on the transfer function method of classical control theory, the mathematical model for the differential relief valve in thread cartridge is established. The influence on the dynamic characteristics of the valve is analyzed with respect to the parameter varieties of the components with the simulation so as to obtain the optimum combination parameters of the valve. It has been testified through experiments that the valve has perfect dynamic characteristics and stability, its transitional time is 0.17s, excess pressure is 0.7MPa, Pressure super tune rate is 9% and the bias pressure is 0.263MPa. It has been verified that the simulation research technique is correct.
