摘　　要：装备制造业的发展水平直接决定各个产业的竞争力,然而目前我国的装备制造业发展滞后于工业化进程,无法满足国民经济各部门的需求。为改变这一局面,必须建立强大的装备制造业体系。当前东北的装备制造业虽然没有明显的竞争优势,但如果切实找准发展障碍,提出科学的发展对策,未来仍有望发展成为中国的装备制造业基地。The development level of equipment manufacturing industry decides each industry＇s competitive ability direedy. However, at present the development of our country＇s equipment manufacturing industry lags to the industrialization, and is unable to meet the demand of various sectors of national economy. In order to change this situation, we must establish the formidable equipment manufacturing industry system. Though Northeast China＇s equipment manufacturing industry does not have evident competitive advantages at present, if we ean find the development barriers accurately and put forward the appropriate development countermeasure, Northeast China can still become China＇s equipment manufacturing industry base hopefully.
