铸造用红外测温仪中语音输出功能的实现

摘　　要：针对目前在铸造行业广泛使用的便携式红外测温仪存在的液晶显示屏读数不易辨认,且数码管显示器的功耗偏大等问题,设计了一种适用于便携式测温仪的语音输出电路.本设计以MSP430F149单片机为核心,扩展了语音专用芯片ISD2560,可由耳机报出温度值和各种提示信息,适用于光线条件差、声音嘈杂的铸造现场,并给出了实现语音输出功能的电路图和汇编语言程序清单.To solve the problems of portable infrared thermometers widely used in foundry field, difficult reading on LCD and high power consume of LED, an audio output circuit suitable for portable thermometer is designed in this paper. MSP430F149 MCU is used as the core of the circuit, ISD2560 audio chip is employed to output thermometers and all kinds of information of testing by speaker. It can be used on foundry field which is dark and noisy. The circuit of audio output function and assembly program list are provided in the paper.
