摘  要:根据青杨天牛的发生规律,通过对不同杨树品系木质部和韧皮部在生长期与休眠期单宁含量的变化规律的分析,研究了杨树中次生代谢物质单宁含量与青杨天牛危害的关系。结果表明,青杨天牛对不同杨树品系的危害率有较大的差异;生长期的健康韧皮部和被害木质部的单宁含量与被害率有较强的负相关性;杨树各品系之间单宁含量差异显著;生长期内健康与被害的木质部和韧皮部单宁含量差异显著;在休眠期只有被害木质部单宁含量与被害率有较强相关性;生长期和休眠期之间木质部单宁含量变化不显著,韧皮部单宁含量变化显著。An experiment was conducted to study the relationship between tannin content of poplar and damage of the Saperda populnea according to the occurrence rule of Saperda populnea and the varying regularity of tannin contents in xylem and phloem of different poplar trees between growing period and rest period. Result shows that there is a big difference in the damage rate of Saperda populnea among different poplar trees. Significantly negative correlations were found between the tannin contents of the healthy phloem and the damaged xylem and the damage of the Saperda populnea during growing period. The difference in tannin content'is prominent among different poplar strains as well as between the healthy phloem and the damaged xylem of different poplar trees during growing period. During the rest period, there is an obvious correlation only between tannin content of damaged xylem and damage rate. The difference in tannin content of the xylem between growing period and rest period is not markedly, while that of the phloem is notably.
