伤速康换药液的毒性作用研究

摘　　要：本文观察了伤速康换药液的毒性作用，结果表明该换药液对完整及破损皮肤无急性毒性和过敏反应，对眼亦无刺激作用，浓缩2倍和未经浓缩换药液给药80d，对体重、心、肝、脾、肺及肾无明显影响，小鼠以500倍人体外用量灌胃未见死亡，结果提示伤速康换药液为一安全无毒的局部伤口愈合剂。Toxity of Shangsukang solution were researched, the result showed that the solution hadn't led to toxity or affergy effect, and the data showed that the solution had no irritation tO rabbits'eyes ho. Having ho fed for 80 days, the solution had no untowald effect to mice, so we concluded the solution is a safe drug in curing the patients.
