摘　　要：本文采用褶合光谱分析法不经分离直接测定了盐酸苯海拉明的含量，具有操作简便，省时，结果准确等优点，适于制剂的质量控制。本实验平均回收率为100．00％，RSD为0．08％。This paper repored the determination of diphenhydrmine hydrochloride syrup by the convolution cure method and without prior separation. The results showed that this method was simple,rapid,and accurate. It suits to quality control and rapid analysis of the product. The average recovery rates and RSD of diphenhydrmine hydrochloride were as follows:100.00%,0.08%.
